Nintendo sembra aver confermato il lancio della versione definitiva, non beta, del Wii Web Browser in Aprile.

“The new browser will included improved zoning and scrolling, a better zoomed font, quicker start-up times, faster access to favorites, the ability to erase the toolbar, and preset buttons for common Web phrases like www and .com.”

Il browser sarà disponibile gratis fino alla fine di giugno, dopodichè verrà venduto al costo di 500 Wii points ($5)

Ammetto che non si tratta di una notizia fresca fresca ma non ho avuto ancora occasione di parlarne…
Il fatto è che non si fa in tempo a mettere da parte un po’ di risparmi per l’IPhone che già si deve fare i conti con il Wii Phone per non parlare del Google Phone.

In pratica lphone dovrebbe essere la killer App per la telefonia tradizionale, il Google Phone dovrebbe poi essere la killer App dell’IPhone. Nel marasma di uccisioni telefoniche mi piacerebbe sapere dove si pone il Wii Phone ???

In Giappone nel mese di Gennaio ogni ogni tre Nintendo Wii è stata venduta una sola Sony PlayStation con un rapporto di 1:3 che la dice lunga su quello che è stato il risultato della sfida che i due contendenti giocavano in casa sul suolo asiatico. Il dato è riportato da Reuters ed è accreditato ad una statistica fornita dalla più importante rivista nipponica per videogames: Enterbrain.

«Nintendo ha venduto circa 405.000 console Wii lo scorso mese, a fronte delle circa 148.000 unità vendute per la PS3».
